In the second match during the training trip in Germany on March 30, U17 Vietnam lost 3 goals to U16 Eintracht Frankfurt.
The three goals of U17 Vietnam took place in the 14th, 65th and 83rd minutes, coming in different ways including personal mistakes and indecision of the defense. Despite losing the match, Vietnam U17 players still left bright spots, including the physical factor.
After more than 10 days of training in Germany, the fitness of coach Hoang Anh Tuan’s students has improved significantly. The players can run well in the official 90 minutes, there are many situations where they use their physical strength and speed to pass or break the ball in the opponent’s feet.

U17 Vietnam was also praised for their fighting spirit. Although they lost early, the players calmly deployed the tactics set out by the coaching staff. In both halves, U17 Vietnam created clear opportunities, but were unlucky to have a goal.
Evaluation of the match, coach Hoang Anh Tuan said that U17 Vietnam has received many useful lessons. This is a good opportunity for the whole team to improve in the future. Mr. Tuan said that U17 Vietnam needs more training trips like this for the players to improve themselves.
During the training tour in Germany, U17 Vietnam received the attention of a large number of Vietnamese audiences at home and abroad. Many overseas Vietnamese in Frankfurt came to the field to watch U17 Vietnam.
In the first match on March 23, U17 Vietnam drew U17 Dortmund 2-2. After the defeat to Eintracht Frankfurt U16, the team continued to prepare to play against the youth teams of the Borussia Monchengladbach and Koln training camps.
