With the help of the UEFA Support program – established to provide football federations with the opportunity to share knowledge and grow – the local game governing body had previously organized a tournament name: UEFA Assist U-16 Tournament in 2019. This time, they bought a car for supporters under the UEFA Support Infrastructure Project 2021-22. UEFA provided 43,000 euros (about 40 lakh BDT) and the BFF provided 10,000 takas to buy buses.

“This bus will be used to transport the boys and girls of BFF Elite Academy to their practice site because the boys are used to going to the BFF House to exercise while the girls are used to going to the BFF House. Kamalapur Stadium for practice. So the vehicle will help them a lot,” BFF Vice President, Ataur Rahman Manik, said during the inauguration of the bus at the BFF campus today.
